Spiced Nuts Recipe

I found this recipe in a cookbook about food for gift giving. I like that this recipe doesn’t require baking since I wanted to use roasted nuts.

I cooked the syrup in the microwave for about 5 minutes on high. You can use a corningware casserole – mine measures 8 x 8 x 4 inches. Just watch it while it’s cooking so you can stop it when it starts to boil over.
