Yeast Raised Cornbread

I like cornbread but not the dense recipes that are quickbreads. So I found this recipe for inspiration.

To test my recipe I reduced the ingredients by half to make a small batch. 

The recipe was a success! The breads have a light texture and a pleasant corn flavor. This would make a great sandwich bread or just lightly toasted with butter.
